Part-Time Student Recruitment Assistant

This role supports both National and International Recruitment Teams by acting as the main point of contact for inquiries from prospective undergraduate students and stakeholders. As a Student Recruitment Assistant, you'll respond to phone and email inquiries, assist high school counselors, and maintain CRM data accuracy, all while exercising discretion during complex situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide informational services to prospective students and families
• Conduct presentations to diverse audiences
• Communicate detailed University information accurately and honestly
• Offer pre-admission advising and admissions process support
• Distribute recruitment publications effectively
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Previous event management experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Utilize your communication skills and organizational abilities to help prospective students connect with the University of Calgary.
