The Receptionist at Age Care plays an essential role in maintaining a supportive environment for both residents and staff. This part time position includes various clerical tasks such as managing files, greeting visitors, and answering calls. You will help create a safe atmosphere while addressing inquiries and processing communications effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage departmental files, records, and correspondence
• Distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mail
• Greet visitors and answer phone inquiries
• Relay calls and messages to the appropriate staff
• Maintain a secure office environment for everyone
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a receptionist position is essential
• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent required
• Familiarity with office procedures and bookkeeping
• Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
• Commitment to serving seniors with dignity and respect
