As a Business Office Clerk, you will ensure efficient communication and documentation within the facility. You will manage switchboard operations, maintain financial and medical records, and assist with resident admissions.
Your role is vital in providing a supportive and organized atmosphere for both residents and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate switchboard and respond to calls professionally
• Maintain accurate financial and medical documentation
• Process and file medical records from various units
• Assist with parking and locker assignments for staff
• Manage internal and external mail systems
Requirements:
• Grade 12 Diploma;
Office Administration certificate preferred
• 1-3 years of reception experience in healthcare
• Previous experience with geriatrics preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
