SLB is seeking an exceptional Document Control Manager to develop and manage a robust document control system for our Data Center initiatives. This position demands a leader with extensive experience in document management and a strong grasp of engineering, procurement, and construction documentation practices. You will oversee document governance, facilitate smooth communication among teams, and ensure all project deliverables maintain thorough traceability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and manage project documentation systems
• Oversee revision control and metadata standards
• Review and distribute transmittals to stakeholders
• Monitor workflows for timely approvals
• Maintain the master document register for accuracy
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 10-15 years of document control experience
• Proficient in Aconex or Omega
365
• Strong communication skills required
• Prior experience in Data Center projects preferred
Elevate project documentation standards and ensure quality alignment in all deliverables within SLB’s innovative Data Center team.
