Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for patients

• Enter test orders quickly and accurately from requisitions

• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance patient experience

• Ensure privacy and safety during all interactions

• Build productive relationships within a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent

• Relevant post-secondary education is an asset

• Familiarity with data entry processes in a healthcare setting

• Knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory tests

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
