OverviewWork location:
Calgary, AB T2H 0M4 (On site)
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Provide basic information to clients and the public
- Obtain and process information required to provide customer service
- Order office supplies
- Record and relay information
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Send invoices
- Receive and issue payments
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting and distributing mail
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Calculate billing charges
- Perform data entry
- Clean and maintain workspace
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (Secondary school graduation certificate).
Experience:
Experience an asset.
Computer and technology knowledge:
Electronic medical records, Electronic scheduler, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Electronic mail.

- Free parking available
- Hourly wage: $16.00 to $18.00 (negotiated)
- Work hours:
20-32 hours per week (flexible)
