Provide essential support at Age Care as a Receptionist, where you'll engage with residents and manage office tasks daily. This role combines clerical skills with compassionate service.

Your responsibilities will include managing correspondence, greeting visitors, and answering inquiries. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the office operates smoothly while creating a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail distribution
• Answer telephone inquiries with professionalism
• Welcome visitors and assist with their needs
• Maintain essential files and office documentation
• Execute clerical and bookkeeping tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in office or receptionist roles
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
• Additional education in a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with basic office procedures required
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
