In this role, you'll report to the Branch Manager and enhance customer experiences by offering crucial information on banner products and services. By acting as the first point of contact, you will exemplify exceptional service while assisting colleagues with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries
• Provide general administrative support to the branch team
• Assist customers by delivering detailed product knowledge
• Maintain records and documentation in a timely manner
• Uphold company policies and enhance customer interactions
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of reception or switchboard experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to customer service
