Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and staff courteously at clinics

• Assist patients with appointment scheduling and payments

• Coordinate the patient flow throughout the clinic

• Manage intake processes for new patients

• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to policies

Requirements:

• Reliable vehicle for commuting between clinics

• Flexible to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings

• Experience in busy retail or service settings considered

• Commitment to a one-year term

• High School Diploma required
