The Executive Assistant will directly assist the owner and CEO of Jeff Cooke Insurance, providing proactive and high-level administrative support. You will manage a dynamic calendar, liaise with stakeholders, and prepare confidential documents.
Your role requires a proven track record in administrative support, particularly for senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a complex executive calendar and schedule meetings
• Serve as primary liaison for internal and external inquiries
• Handle administrative needs of the rental property portfolio
• Prepare and manage confidential reports and presentations
• Organize and maintain efficient filing systems
Requirements:
• 1+ years experience as an executive assistant or similar role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
