As the Executive Assistant, you will provide strategic administrative support directly to the owner and CEO. You will streamline workflows, manage complex calendars, and serve as a vital liaison for various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate a dynamic calendar for the CEO
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders

• Prepare and manage confidential reports and documents

Requirements:
• Proven experience with C-level support
