Key Responsibilities:

• Provide project coordination and support to the Accounting team

• E-file tax returns and proofread documents as needed

• Maintain databases, digital filing systems, and client records

• Coordinate meetings and prepare reports for the team

• Manage client correspondence and general inquiries

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in tax and administrative roles

• Post-secondary education with good Microsoft Office skills

• Familiarity with accounting software like Case Ware or Tax Prep

• Ability to handle confidential client information

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
