Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate back office permits and notify trade partners

• Complete job release packages and weekly starts forecasts

• Enter scheduling data into Buildpro and Newstar systems

• Build relationships with suppliers and trade partners

• Support site teams by issuing EPOs through Buildpro

Requirements:

• 1-3+ years of administrative experience

• Familiarity with construction or warranty industry

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• Proficient in Buildpro and Newstar systems

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
