Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive team information

• Provide comprehensive administrative support and manage schedules

• Oversee office supplies inventory and vendor communications

• Assist in organizing meetings, projects, and events

• Answer employee queries regarding policies and benefits

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant administrative experience

• Preferred retail environment experience

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Word and Excel
