As a vital member of the EFC team, the Operations Administrator aids day-to-day activities across Main Terminal, Towing, Cargo, and Fuel. This position demands proficiency in documentation, vendor relationships, and administrative processes while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in a safety-sensitive environment and can prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to General Manager and operations supervisors

• Prepare and maintain operational reports and internal communications

• Manage filing systems for compliance documentation

• Support new hire onboarding with Human Resources

• Track equipment logs and vendor service records

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of administrative experience in aviation preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary

• Valid class 5 driver’s license needed

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and sound judgment
