Description
  • Prepare recurring client reports and status updates.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining onboarding documentation.
  • Coordinate client projects and track task progress.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
  • Organize digital files and maintain accurate client records.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations.
  • Provide regular client updates through email and other communication platforms.
  • Identify and communicate project issues or pending action items.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure client requests are completed efficiently.
  • Maintain professional and responsive communication with clients and team members.
  • Create branded graphics and social media content using Canva.
  • Upload and schedule content using social media scheduling platforms.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure content is published on schedule.
  • Coordinate client approvals for social media content before publishing.
  • Maintain organized content libraries and digital assets.
Hard Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Experience creating social media graphics using Canva.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms and content calendar management.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Schedule:
  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday 10:00AM-2:00PM CST
Offer and Benefits:
  • Weeks 1–8: $5 USD/hour
  • Weeks 9 onwards: $6 USD/hour
