Blake Nichol Law Office is located in Varsity Towers in NW Calgary, and we are focused on providing exceptional legal services for real estate and business law. We are looking for the right person to complement our Team.

This is a full-time, on-site Reception / Admin role. The right person will have attention to detail, effective communication skills and be able to multi-task at a busy desk. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, answering phones, greeting clients, and directing inquiries to the appropriate Team members.

• Ability to process large volumes of email and paper
• Professional appearance and welcoming personality
• Clerical skills such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and basic office administration
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
• Customer service skills focused on creating a positive, respectful, and supportive experience for all visitors
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills in a busy office environment
• Proficient outlook, WORD, and email skills experience in a law office or professional services environment is an asset
