File Maintenance Clerk in High River

Join South Country Co-op as a Temporary File Maintenance Clerk at our Agro Centre in High River, Alberta. Focus on maintaining pricing accuracy, processing invoices, and managing inventory records.

This role supports operations within our Agro Centre and reports to the Agribusiness Manager. Ideal candidates will manage price files, process invoices and transfers, and ensure all inventory records are accurate. You'll be instrumental in resolving invoicing concerns and maintaining organized financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate store price files and inventory records

• Receive products into Tronia and CRS systems accurately

• Process invoices, transfers, and necessary documentation

• Prepare reconciliation reports for data accuracy

• Resolve invoicing and receiving issues with team collaboration

Requirements:

• Minimum 16 years of age with Grade 9 completion

• Agriculture industry experience preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
