As a Document Controller with our Remediation Program Management team in Calgary, AB, you'll support project teams delivering environmental and remediation programs across Canada. You'll work closely with project managers, technical teams, and production support colleagues to prepare, track, file, and issue project documents while maintaining accurate, accessible document libraries.
Your ImpactManage document control from draft through issue, tracking deliverables and helping project teams meet client deadlines.
Deliver accurate records by applying client protocols, naming conventions, version controls, and filing requirements consistently.
Produce complete report, proposal, letter, and transmittal packages, confirming required content and approvals before client issue.
Maintain current document registers, SharePoint libraries, correspondence files, and client website records so information remains retrievable.
Collaborate with production and technical editing teams to coordinate handoffs, quality checks, deadlines, invoicing support, and document uploads.
Strengthen program standards by identifying practical improvements and turning repeatable document management practices into clear team processes.
A diploma or certificate in business administration, office administration, information management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in document control, document management, project administration, office administration, or a comparable project support role.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint document libraries.
Ability to apply naming conventions, formatting requirements, version control practices, approval workflows, and filing procedures accurately.
Capacity to organize competing priorities and support multiple project teams and deadlines with clear, professional communication.
Interest in environmental consulting and remediation projects, with a commitment to building document control and project support capabilities.

CompensationAB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $47,500 - $63,800
MB & ON: $43,300 - $60,500
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $42,900 - $57,800
