Step into the role of Program Coordinator for Winks at Couche-Tard/Circle K in Calgary, AB. This permanent position focuses on driving program success through detailed administration and support.
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be responsible for the administration and growth of the Winks Affiliate Program.
Your role will include managing the onboarding of new members, engaging with suppliers, and developing marketing communications. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for ensuring seamless program operations and successful member experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage onboarding processes for new program members
• Address and resolve supplier and member inquiries
• Assist in the development of promotional and marketing materials
• Maintain accurate program member and rebate data
• Support the planning and execution of conferences
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and graphics software
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
