Temporary Marketing Admin needed in SW Calgary - start ASAP!
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Part Time Marketing Administrator in the property management space in Calgary, Alberta. Our client is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Temporary Marketing Administrator to provide support on a part-time weekly schedule. This role will assist with front desk operations, administrative tasks, marketing tasks, and customer service duties.
$20.00 - $25.00 hourly
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 8 hours per day
Location:
Mcleod Trail SW
Contract duration: 30 days with chance of extension
Responsibilities:- Greet and assist visitors and customers in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Assisting with social media updates and creating content in Canva
- Manage reception and front desk activities
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management
- Support finance, events, and marketing teams with administrative tasks
- Using Hub Spot for marketing and customer service
- Working experience with Hub Spot and Canva
- 1+ year of administrative experience
- 1+ year of marketing experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Available for the part time hours for the full duration of the contract
