With your expertise in tools like Microsoft Projects and Power BI, you will oversee project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your ability to optimize processes will enhance efficiency across all stages of project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with internal and external project stakeholders
• Monitor documentation across project production phases
• Maintain and organize project documentation library
• Process commercial and technical project documents
• Update and create project spreadsheets and summaries
Requirements:
• 3 years minimum experience in project documentation
• Preferred CAPM or PMP certification
• Proficiency in Power BI, SharePoint, and Salesforce
• Foundational knowledge of quality management systems
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
