Senior Front Receptionist

Represent Fluor at its Calgary front desk through professional reception, visitor security, and high-level administrative support. Deliver welcoming service to every visitor.

The Senior Front Receptionist serves employees, clients, contractors, and visitors at Fluor’s Calgary office. This position combines customer service, access management, telephone coordination, and office administration. It also supports security procedures, contractor activities, safety documentation, and facility operations.

• Maintain a professional and customer-focused reception area
• Issue visitor badges, access cards, and visitor logs
• Direct internal and external telephone calls efficiently
• Coordinate contractor arrivals and departures
• Support meeting rooms, couriers, communications, and office operations

• Two years combining education and directly related experience
• Effective communication with employees, clients, vendors, and visitors
• Job-related technical knowledge necessary for assigned duties
• Strong attention to detail and organized recordkeeping
• Time-conscious and time-effective approach to work
