Automotive Service Manager

Position: Full-Time Automotive Service Manager Role
Calgary Truck & Trailer Repair is hiring an Automotive Service Manager to oversee operations and staff in this full-time position. Your leadership will drive success in the service department.

In this permanent role, you'll be responsible for managing service operations, evaluating performance, and aligning staffing and resources with customer demand. Your expertise in the automotive and trucking industries will be key to developing effective strategies and promoting overall satisfaction for both customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct daily operations within the service center

• Supervise and evaluate performance of staff

• Conduct market studies to improve sales strategies

• Plan budgets and manage revenue streams effectively

• Address customer complaints and supply challenges swiftly

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive services management

• Ability and willingness to relocate with support from the employer

• Knowledge of automobile and trucking industry practices
