Dilawri, Canada's largest automotive group, seeks an experienced Service Advisor to join the BMW Royal Oak team. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a customer-centric focus. You will gather vehicle information, advise customers on maintenance, and maintain service records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and gather vehicle information
• Advise on maintenance schedules and recommend services
• Document and complete repair orders accurately
• Obtain pre-authorization and confirm warranty coverage
• Monitor vehicle service progress and update customers
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of service advisor experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to interpret vehicle problems
• Excellent organizational and task prioritization skills
• Computer literacy with CDK and Dealer-FX experience preferred
