Position: Performance Manager for AutoSync
Drive customer success as a Performance Manager with Auto Sync, a leading Canadian digital automotive solutions provider. Leverage your account management expertise to enhance CRM performance and cultivate strong dealership relationships.

This role demands a motivated individual capable of fostering relationships that lead to higher retention and expansion opportunities. You will actively manage daily account tasks, from performance assessments to CRM compliance, ensuring clients achieve business goals. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams will be crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop client business strategy aligned with performance goals

• Conduct monthly performance reviews and product audits

• Strengthen dealer relationships and drive product adoption

• Ensure compliance with Activix CRM processes

• Train dealership staff on Auto Sync software usage

Requirements:

• University degree or relevant sales experience

• 2+ years in the automotive industry

• 2+ years of account management experience

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to travel to Vancouver, BC, as needed
