Automotive Technician – Mazda

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician with experience servicing Mazda vehicles to join our service department. The successful candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles while ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on Mazda vehicles

Perform maintenance and repairs on gasoline engines and advanced vehicle systems

Service braking, suspension, steering, and drivetrain systems

Troubleshoot engine performance, fuel systems, electrical systems, and emissions components

Use manufacturer diagnostic equipment and dealership service software

Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and scheduled service work

Complete repairs according to Mazda manufacturer specifications

Maintain accurate service documentation and repair records

Ensure all work meets dealership quality and safety standards

Requirements

Experience as an Automotive Technician / Automotive Service Technician

Experience working with Mazda or Japanese vehicle brands

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Experience using electronic diagnostic tools and scan equipment

Valid driver’s license

Own professional tools

Preferred Qualifications

Mazda dealership experience

Automotive Service Technician certification or equivalent experience

Experience servicing Japanese vehicles (Mazda, Toyota, Honda, Nissan)
