As a key member of the Calgary Honda team, you will guide customers through their automotive maintenance and repair processes.
Your role includes welcoming clients, conducting vehicle assessments, and advising on service options based on the latest automotive insights. Your strong organizational skills will ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and gather essential vehicle information
• Explain maintenance schedules, warranties, and additional service needs
• Create detailed repair orders and manage customer contact
• Keep clients informed about service status and updates
• Perform duties using CDK and Dealer-FX systems accurately
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of Service Advisor experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfort with customer interactions and resolving issues
• Familiarity with automotive industry standards and practices
