This position requires general body shop experience and strong customer service skills. Ideal candidates will handle estimates accurately while ensuring timely follow-ups with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer communications before, during, and after repair jobs

• Generate accurate estimates for all collision repairs

• Provide supplemental estimates if needed during repairs

• Foster excellent relationships with clients through quality service

• Book repair appointments and manage client expectations efficiently

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of collision repair estimating experience

• Valid AB driver’s license with a clean abstract

• Excellent communication skills for client interactions

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Negotiation experience with insurance companies
