We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized office administrator to support our daily business processes. Excellent customer service skills are essential, along with an interest in the automotive field. Responsibilities include coordinating shop schedules, answering questions, and managing customer communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service in person and on the phone
• Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Assist with walk-in appointments and service requests
• Source and price materials and automotive parts
• Prepare billing and collect payments for completed work
Requirements:
• Previous experience in administration and customer service required
• Strong skills in organization and communication needed
• Quickbooks familiarity essential
• Positive attitude when engaging with customers
• Knowledge of vehicles and parts is an asset
