As the Internal Collision Advisor, you will manage the flow of repairs and installations within our organization.

Your role encompasses working with various departments such as Sales and Parts, as well as external vendors, to optimize the repair process. You will monitor project timelines, communicate updates, and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize in-house repair and installation services

• Schedule technicians for repair work

• Keep departments informed of repair progress

• Ensure accuracy of repair orders and invoices

• Foster relationships with vendors and technicians

Requirements:

• Previous automotive collision center experience preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Competence with dealership management software

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
