Position: Experienced Auto Appraiser Role
Become an integral part of our claims team as an Experienced Auto Appraiser, focused on evaluating vehicle damages and providing essential appraisals. Your expertise will drive accurate repair estimates and effective communication.

In this 12-month term role, you will inspect vehicles and manage complex accident-related claims. You will leverage your experience with appraisal software to create reliable estimates and help determine vehicle market values. Your strong analytical skills will ensure compliance with industry standards and quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections for damage

• Review and approve repair estimates from shops

• Determine vehicle value using standardized tools

• Create clear and consistent repair estimates digitally

• Collaborate with stakeholders on best repair practices

Requirements:

• College diploma, degree, or equivalent experience

• 1–3 years in collision repair estimating

• Familiarity with Audatex and/or Mitchell software

• Strong knowledge of repair principles and techniques

• Excellent communication and judgment skills
