Salary Range: $30.00 To $35.00 Hourly

Position Details
Apprentice Automotive Technician – 4th Year (Full‑Time, Immediate Hire) at Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Calgary, AB.

Responsibilities

Perform oil & filter change.

Sell lubrication, safety inspection, and related services.

Conduct complete multi-point inspections on vehicles and present findings to the Service Advisor.

Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires, and add air as needed.

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on various vehicle systems, including brakes, engines, and electrical components.

Inspect hoses, belts, plugs, fuel systems, brakes, and other components.

Inspect motors in operation, conduct road tests, and test systems and components using computerized diagnostics and other devices to diagnose and isolate faults.

Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components including fuel system, brakes, steering & suspension, engine & drive train, emission control & exhaust, cooling & climate control, and electrical & electronic systems.

Qualifications

Experience with oil changes and tire services.

Basic computer skills.

Shop or dealership experience preferred.

Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and using power and hand‑held equipment.

Valid Canadian driver’s license with a safe driving history.
