Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and gather vehicle information

• Advise on maintenance based on manufacturer recommendations

• Document repair orders and estimate costs accurately

• Obtain authorizations and verify warranty coverage

• Monitor repair progress and update customers

Requirements:

• 2+ years as a Service Advisor in automotive

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Ability to handle customer concerns effectively

• Proficient with CDK and/or Dealer-FX preferred

• Legally entitled to work in Canada
