Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary contact for customer repair inquiries

• Offer high-quality and competitive collision estimates

• Follow up with customers and schedule necessary repairs

• Write supplements as vehicles are serviced

• Ensure timely communication with customers throughout repairs

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of estimating experience

• Clean and valid AB driver’s license

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently

• Familiarity with insurance negotiations and repair processes
