Automotive Service Advisor Position

In this position, you will act as a liaison among customers, automotive technicians, and parts departments. Your efficiency in documenting vehicle issues and providing accurate repair quotes is crucial. We're seeking an individual with automotive experience and proficient customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist and welcome Service customers warmly
• Accurately document concerns on Repair Orders
• Create quotes for services and secure approvals
• Ensure up-to-date communication on vehicle status
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-service inspections
Requirements:
• Valid BC Driver's license with a clean abstract
• At least one year of Service Advisor experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
