You'll stay up to date on new releases, manufacturer updates, and market trends, and use that knowledge to support both customers and team members. Whether it’s walking a customer through the latest infotainment system, highlighting the benefits of a new model during a test drive, or backing up the sales team with product knowledge, you’ll be key in making sure everyone drives away informed and confident.
