As an experienced Service Advisor with a minimum of two years at a dealership, you will estimate repair costs, prepare detailed orders, and ensure proper connections between customers and technicians. Your expertise in the automotive field will support our mission of outstanding service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Estimate costs and timelines for vehicle repairs
• Greet customers and discuss their service needs
• Answer inquiries both in-person and by phone
• Draft repair orders detailing vehicle issues
• Test-drive vehicles to confirm repair accuracy
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of dealership experience required
• CDK experience is advantageous
• Strong automotive knowledge and customer service skills
• Effective communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations
