You will navigate complex repair scenarios by providing accurate estimates, ensuring compliance with shop policies, and effectively communicating with customers and insurers. Your experience in collision estimating will be essential in building trust and rapport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive repair estimates post-collision

• Ensure accurate and timely communication with stakeholders

• Capture high-quality images of vehicle damages

• Assess vehicles for repair viability and necessary disassembly

• Maintain accurate records throughout the repair process

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years as a Collision Estimator

• Familiarity with Mitchell Connect and Audatex software

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License is needed

• Knowledge in insurance processes is an asset

• I-CAR training is advantageous
