Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough vehicle inspections for collision damage

• Prepare itemized repair estimates using industry software

• Ensure compliance with OEM repair procedures

• Communicate damage findings and repair timelines to customers

• Liaise with insurance adjusters to coordinate approvals

Requirements:

• Experience as a collision estimator or in auto service

• Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and OEM procedures

• Proficient with estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
