CSN-Collision-1 in Calgary is seeking a Senior Estimator / Assistant Manager to lead estimating and shop operations. You will prepare repair estimates, inspect vehicles, and coordinate with insurers while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The role combines estimating expertise with leadership, aiming to improve process efficiency, quality, and staff performance. A minimum 5 years in collision estimating and proficiency with Mitchell/Audatex/CCC ONE are required.
