Kal Tire is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join their dynamic team. In this full-time, permanent position, you will perform hands-on mechanical tasks on various vehicle types, including compact cars and light-duty fleets. The role includes opportunities for growth, such as advancing to Lead Technician while prioritizing safety and quality in all services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform brake and suspension repairs and engine diagnostics

• Mentor and coach apprentices in skill development

• Work collaboratively on multiple vehicles and identify service opportunities

• Maintain high safety and quality standards

• Engage in routine maintenance and identify mechanical issues

Requirements:

• Fully licensed Automotive Service Technician (Journeyperson or Red Seal)

• Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on automotive experience

• Valid driver’s license

• Skilled in performing inspections and diagnostics

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
