Boyd Autobody & Glass seeks detail-oriented candidates who thrive in fast-paced settings. You will be responsible for pre-washing, polishing, and thoroughly cleaning vehicles before they reach customers, as well as upholding cleanliness in the shop. With over 30 years of quality service, we provide training and growth opportunities to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean vehicle exteriors by hand and using equipment

• Polish windows, lights, and body for shine

• Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors, including stain removal

• Keep the shop and parking lot organized and clean

• Implement WOW standards for quality and productivity

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Valid driver’s license required

• Ability to lift over 50 lbs frequently

• Effective communication skills, verbal and written
