This full-time position offers an opportunity to perform complex repairs and routine maintenance on various vehicles. As a Journeyperson, you will use your skills to maintain high standards, mentor others, and identify service opportunities collaboratively. The role promotes growth and a pathway to becoming a Lead Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute mechanical services including brake and engine diagnostics
• Coach and support apprentice technicians in their development
• Team up with skilled professionals on diverse vehicle types
• Discover new service opportunities alongside the Sales team
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols
Requirements:
• Journeyperson certification or Red Seal license required
• Must hold a valid driver's license
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on automotive experience
• Skilled in inspections and various vehicle repairs
• Excellent problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset
