Manufacturing PCBA Troubleshooter Role

Elevate your career at Blackline Safety as a PCBA Troubleshooter, enhancing product quality and driving continuous improvements. This role focuses on troubleshooting and repairing PCBAs in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

We seek someone with a Certificate or Diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology and at least 2 years' experience in electronics manufacturing. You will engage with various engineering teams to address quality concerns and analyze defective products. Your expertise in soldering and troubleshooting will be essential as you contribute to manufacturing excellence and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make quality decisions on PCBAs per IPC standards

• Analyze and repair PCBAs, providing corrective feedback

• Report failure modes and recommend improvements

• Work with engineering to resolve yield issues

• Interpret technical documents and schematics accurately

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology

• 2 years’ experience in electronics repair

• Proficient in soldering and IPC compliance

• Strong analytical skills with circuits

• Effective communicator in English
