Key Responsibilities:

• Complete refinishing assignments per supplier specifications

• Inspect vehicle repairs before starting refinishing tasks

• Execute all necessary refinishing preparations accurately

• Detail vehicles through touch ups and minor reassembly

• Effectively communicate with team members and management

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Axalta Imron and related products

• Experience in automotive refinishing is favored

• Physical strength to handle lifting tasks up to 50 lbs

• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork

• Willingness to work additional hours when necessary
