Key Responsibilities:

• Create work orders and coordinate bookings for technicians

• Provide service quotes and manage customer approvals

• Proactively reach out to customers post-service

• Recommend various tire and vehicle services

• Accurately bill products and process information

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in the automotive repair or tire industry

• Strong customer service ethos and attitude

• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract

• Understanding of tires and mechanical processes
