We are looking for a
Shop Foreman tojoin our team with
Calgary Honda
. The successful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and eagerto contribute to our growing team.

• Oversee thedaily shop operations and supervise Technicians to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently within the dealership standards.
• Responsible for assigning work and schedule to Technicians/ Apprentices.
• Assist Service Manager with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions asneeded.
• Provide training and support for development to Technicians/Apprentices while staying updated on new technologies and repair techniques.
• Coordinate the workflow of vehicles ensuring the efficient use of resources and timely completion of repairs.
• Monitor the quality of repair work and conduct routine inspections and audits.
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining Health and Safety practices throughout theshop while also ensuring that all employees/staff are following the policies inplace.
• Responsible for diagnosing vehicle issues and performing test drives with customers as required.
• Ensure theShop is clean and organized.
• Reviewing records of customer comebacks, including repair orders, service reports, and customer feedback to identify trends and recurring issues.
• Regularly check the shop’s equipment and tools to ensure that it is in a good working condition and meet safety standards.

• Familiarity with Honda diagnostic toolsand systems is an asset but not required
• 3-5 years of experience in a leadershipor foreman role is considered an asset
• You have a valid Driver’s license and provide a clean Driver’s Abstract.
• Ability to carefully and safely driveboth standard and automatic vehicles.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items and equipment such as tires, tools and equipment.
• You have a growth mindset and are continuously innovating and developing your skills
