We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for the comprehensive management, maintenance, and reconciliation of our asset database, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all capital assets.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional analytical and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, coupled with a strong background in asset management and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

This role will involve planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of asset management, including:

Database Management:
Normalizing the asset management database to ensure data integrity and consistency. Data Analysis & Reconciliation:
Reviewing detailed asset data and performing regular reconciliation of internal audits with the asset management tool.

Inventory Control:
Creating, transferring, updating, and meticulously maintaining the inventory database for all capital assets.

Logistics & Oversight:
Managing logistics related to asset tracking and overseeing the movement and status of assets.

Auditing Support:
May be required to assist with hands-on physical auditing of assets on project sites.

Criteria & Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

Experience:

7-10 years of experience in a related position, such as Asset Management, Inventory Control, or Financial Data Analysis.

Technical Proficiency:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data modeling for analysis and reconciliation.

Analytical

Skills:

Proven ability to analyze complex information, identify discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy with a strong attention to detail.

Software Proficiency:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).Work Style:
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Travel:
Willingness to travel more than 25% of the time to support auditing and project needs.

Basic/

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Knowledge & Qualifications

Knowledge of auditing principles and practices, specifically relating to capital assets.

Knowledge of systems and Information Technology, particularly the components of software and hardware for systems, servers, desktops, and peripherals.
