Strengthen project delivery at CPKC as the IS PMO Practice Lead. Champion best practices in governance and methodology across the Information Services portfolio.
This pivotal position focuses on enhancing the IS PMO by refining project methodologies and supporting Project Managers in achieving excellence.
Your role involves maintaining compliance with internal controls and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through education and training. Collaborate with different teams to ensure effective project financial management and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and enhance PMO processes and templates
• Support Project Managers with hands-on guidance
• Oversee project readiness and quality assessments
• Manage compliance with SOX and organizational policies
• Provide insights into project health and performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Engineering
• Minimum 8 years in IS or Enterprise PMO
• Solid background in control and compliance
• Experience with project reporting and RAID logs
• Advanced knowledge of project management software
